Recommend it for couples seeking adventure
We had a fantastic time! The staff was friendly, especially Lordy and Brian, who went out of their way to ensure we were having a great stay. The food was delicious, too, like the fresh fish dinner we had, it was cooked to perfection.
It wasn't inexpensive, but you know what, it was still worth it for the experience.

great amenities but minor room quirks
The air conditioning provided a much-needed escape from the heat. it was consistently cool throughout our stay. The staff were exceptional, particularly one server who went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and even practiced Spanish with my boyfriend. The free breakfast was enjoyable, offering a variety of delicious options that set a positive tone for our days.
The room had some minor quirks that could use attention.

would come back for sure
The staff is super attentive and friendly. Our room had solid air conditioning, a minibar, and towels that were clean. The beach was small but cozy, with nice hammocks and lounge chairs for shade. Breakfast served included delicious pastries and fresh fruits. Can't forget the outdoor pool. it was lovely!

missingWrote a review on 28 Augdiverse menunew poolscenic viewsbeach experience
The restaurant offers a diverse menu with a good selection of local and international dishes, although a simple sandwich wouldn't go amiss. The new pool being built promises a great addition, and the scenic views from some of the newer rooms are a definite highlight.
Unfortunately, the hotel lacks a classic sandy beach experience, as it's surrounded by mangroves and seagrass instead of the open ocean. Our first room was in Casa Palma, which felt outdated, with insufficient climate control and no storage for clothes, though we moved to a better room later on. Expect loud music and party vibes from a nearby resort, which can interrupt the tranquility during the day. Getting there can be a chore. The drive from Cartagena can take up to 2.5 hours due to traffic and bumpy roads, though the boat ride back is much nicer.

A peaceful escape with beautiful facilities surrounded by nature. The room offered a stunning sea view and was very comfortable, although some rooms faced the bar, which detracted from the view. Seafood was overcooked on a couple of occasions, and the dining options were a bit pricey, but the smoked meat and variety of fresh fruit at breakfast were highlights. The staff's warm hospitality was unforgettable, but at times, service could have been quicker.
